Austin 2022

This was really Lombe's trip. She was attending an event at the convention center, I just decided to tag along so I could explore while she was doing that.

We stayed in one of those trendy looking Air Bnb's near sixth street so we were near some cool stuff. I walked or took a scooter pretty much everywhere.

I was getting some pretty fire espressos in the morning from 'Royal Blue Grocery'. They also had wine and beer so we typically hit them up in the evening as well. Super convenient neighborhood store.

As far as food goes, we weren't dissapointed. I ordered some fire birria tacos from 'Taco more', I met up with my homie Patrick at 'Juliet Italian Kitchen' I got the Spicy Rigatoni alla vodka. It was bussin. Probably the highlight as far as food though was Terry Black's. Best BBQ I've ever had for sure.

I hit up some cool museums too. Museum of the weird, George Washington Carver museum and my favorite, which was the Bullock Texas State History Museum. I was reading The Empire Of The Summer Moon and it was cool learning more about the Native American tribes that were there. The other stuff was cool too, Texas history is full of great stories.

The weather wasn't the greatest while we were there, I didn't get to go walk around and shoot as much as I'd like but here are some of my favorites from the trip.
